Managing a casual dining Indian cuisine restaurant at Dubai International Airport. Responsible for effectively developing, managing and leading the restaurant team to provide excellent service.
• Train and supervise staff

Duties:

• Responsible for recruiting, training & developing restaurant staff.
• Dealing with and resolving customer complaints.
• Maximizing all business opportunities to drive sales.
• Training the team members to ensure efficient food service.
• Organizing the daily and weekly rotas for the Restaurant’s staff.
• Purchasing stock, supplies and negotiating best prices with trade suppliers
• Ability to create a great atmosphere & be a inspirational host.
• Monitoring sales and writing informative reports for the line management.
Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining Training tools like job aids, LCMS( E-Training), Personal files and Bench planning,
Managed Profit and loss statement of outlets in the absence of restaurant manager
Ensure outlet meet 100% on food safety standards
Training to team member is my key role
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and excellent service.
Dealing customer issues keen to solve it before it becomes a complaint.
Achievements :
In Financial year 2013 Team member Training score card Audit, I was transfered to a new outlet KFC Brookfields mall Coimbatore, India and got gold score 90% from their previous records 62%, 78% and 56% on previous respective financial year.
Got gold score in food safety audit 91% in the year 2012
Best Shift manager in the year 2011 to 2012
Key Responsibility :
To Ensure the Caterer (Taj madras Flight kitchen and Oberoi Flight service ) meet the food safety standards and guidlines of Airlines
To Ensure the meal count and passengers count were match; ensure special meal request were uplifted and co ordinate it with caterer.
In Airport, Brief the in flight supervisor and cabin crew about the meal uploaded in flight and ensure no delay from catering department
Duties:
· Promoted positive guest relations to all individuals approaching the Banquets Desk.
· Answered inquiries pertaining to hotel services on Banquet queries, event Planning, Menu planning or make recommending style of dining or entertainment
· Confirmed Banquet Halls reservation in system and reviewed all noted information
· Process guest arrivals and departures including all necessary payments
· Oversaw corporate guest Party bookings and their corporate discounts
· Inventory management of all the cutlery and crockeries of Banquets
learnt 4 major departments like F&B service, Front office, House keeping and Food productions
completed my bachelor degree 1st class with distinction university topper.
