 Proficient in system design and development of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for flight actuation contol surface testing.
 Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of virtual platform testing and software application development.
 Ability to analyze empirical data against theoretical predictions to enhance and improve mathematical model of system.
 In-depth knowledge of Requirment Management, Configuration Management, lifecycle management tools, methodologies, and solutions
 Proficient in technical data managment, test data reduction and data analysis
 Proficient with instrumentation components, real time arcitecture design, data acquisition and multicore concepts.
 Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems at the module and equipment level.
 Discipline and organization with respect to software maintenance and version management.
 Ability to work both alone and with colleagues to solve problems and to weigh the merits of differing approaches.
 Knowledge of SEI CMM guidelines & ability to deploy them within the project team.
 Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD) and National Instrument LabVIEW Champion Award.
 Ability to define, design and develop actuation test system involving suppliers and test engineering departments.
 Exposure to Project Management concepts like Scheduling, Staffing, People Managment and Project Planning.
 Understand the external supplier requiremnts and manage the project according to technical and schedule aspects.
 Possess strong communication, analytical, analysis/ mapping and negotiation skills.
 Self motivated, attention to detail with excellent communication skills and Possess strong interpersonal, management and relationship building skills.
