necessary reports for reliability investigations and reliability test metrics.
• Ensure proper application of reliability disciplines of thermal management, mechanical and electrical
derating policies for optimal operation while minimizing cost, timing and reliability impacts.

• Perform complete module reliability test on sample modules acquired from production as per assigned
schedule.
• Coordinate technicians on interim inspection of modules and supervise technicians to ensure
compliance to Work Instruction when carrying out testing activities to ensure consistency.
• Escalate abnormalities on product and equipment to relevant parties and ensure corrective actions are
taken on timely manner to prevent production downtime or fall-outs.
• Perform test on reliability equipment maintenance and calibration for smooth manufacturing process.
• Train new technicians on module testing, calibration and maintenance process and procedures.
• Lead team of technicians to achieve department goals and objectives.
• Ensure technicians are thoroughly trained, certified and are performing their assigned functions.
• Ensure test and equipment checklists are properly filled out at the required intervals.

• Responsible for equipment maintenance and sustaining activities at automatic test equipment (ATE)
and RFS test handle platform.
• Trained and certified on Delta RFS test handler and Schlumberger (ATE) tester IC-test unit.
• Maintain shift equipment indicators and module ownership performance within the goal set.
• Initiate ideas and apply structured problem solving methodologies to resolve complex problems within
the area as parts of the continuous equipment/process improvements.
• Responsible for setting up and maintenance of the handler and tester, the procedures on troubling
shooting, improvement on equipment utilization and upgrade machine performance.
• Ensure equipments are in excellent order with adequate safety precautions in place.
• Monitor handler performance, quality and reliability, identify problem or unfavorable deviations,
recommends and executes corrective actions.
• Gather daily equipment data on capability status, issues and strategic resources coverage to meet
delivery goals.
• Update equipment performance status and strategy in operation meeting to ease stakeholder planning.
• Coordinate engineering activities for defect traceability, root cause investigation and analysis with
engineering and qualification lot and etc.
• Investigates causes of machine breakdowns and implement improvements to prevent further
occurrences.
