• Prepare set of documents requested by customer (Co’s, Insurance Certificate, Proformas, export documents,
etc )
• Ensure information flow : Lead times, delays, availability stock, blockage at SO / Material level, any other
request in logistics .
• Validate of the technical / sales orders
• Urgencies / critical request and returns / Quality request follow up
• Support to the CCC / BU
• Propose and participate on new improvements
• Handling customer claim request (LCR or CCMP)
• Participate in visit and/or consultation of customers and front offices to understand the different logistics
solution needs, priorities and expectations per customer segment

Handled Post Shipment Documentation for ordered by GAP and LEVIS Brand for B2B LC of Bangladesh
Shipments which is major volume aprox. 60% of international Sales.
 Manage banking, LC, import-export documentation and coordinate with government bodies for licensing and
benefit procedures.
 Follow up of Letter of Credit, LC advising buyer on clauses to be amended, as and when required; Advising CHA
for B/L preparation based on LC clause.
 Follow-up with CHA / Logistics Company / Shipping Companies for timely delivery.
 Tracking of shipments till it reaches to destination & cleared by applicant or Notify
 Payment follow-up on maturity of the bill; Additionally developed & handled the shipment tracking system for
entire dept
 Power user for new system ERP(NOW) 0f post shipment documentation module.

Was looking daily functions for financial position.
 Maintain daily cash flow and control daily expenses.
 Maintain key accounts of debtors & creditors position.
 Prepared all reports for Audit purpose.

Handled more than 100 of Core Clients of various firms books of accounts.
 Maintain data of posting on daily basis.
 Prepared monthly & quarterly tax computation statements of companies, banks and firms.
 Securing and reserving the records in interest of valuable clients.
