• Extended platform ownership into Certinia PSA, including managed package configuration and debugging complex CRM Analytics Data
Prep recipes built on PSA billing and revenue data.
• Resolved advanced integration issues including Salesforce-Google Calendar OAuth 2.0 configuration and programmatic CPQ quote
recalculation via SBQQ.ServiceRouter in a Flow context.
• Manage client engagement lifecycle end-to-end, including solution design documentation (e.g., Screen Flow vs. LWC trade-off analysis)
and client offboarding transitions.

• Led design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, and
Marketing Cloud.
• Provided technical leadership in solution architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and automation, guiding teams
on best practices, code quality, and performance.
