Job includes design for electrical system for Power Distribution system, MV & LV switchgear, Cable sizing, Layouts, MTO preparation, Vendor drawing review for electrical packages.
Worked in Bechtel through Sarvatara Integrated Management Services and responsibility included:
ALBA Line 6, Bahrain: Started with FEED engineering and converted to detailed engineering.
•Preparation and finalization of SLD, typical schematic diagrams
•Design criteria
•Material requisition for MV & LV switchgear, Power and distribution transformer, MV & LV cable, DC & UPS systems
•Service requisition for HV electrical & instrumentation work for plant wide area.
•Rectiformer package and responsible for all its auxiliaries.
BP West Nile Delta Project, Alexandria, Eygpt: Job responsibility included:
•Walkdown for electrical system and punchlist preparation and closure.
•Turnover/completion to Client
•Checking of electrical ITR’s.
•Supervision of construction activities
KOC Elevated Substation, Kuwait: Deputed to Seoul for one year and worked for KOC Elevated Substation work which is having 30 new substations and also includes revamping work.

•Material Requisition for MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear. Review of Vendor prints and squad check for mechanical packages.
•Preparation of power & control cable connections
•Supervision of 3D Modeling work.
Fort Hills Secondary Extraction (Suncor), Canada :
•Checked Lighting & Grounding Layout drawings w.r.t 3D Model using Navisworks
• Review of cable Schedule for EHT area.
Other works included Proposal for Power plants and coordination with Seoul Office for different power projects and proposal work
Banglore deputed to Madrid, Spain and worked for IDOM on Thermosolar power plant of 50 MW in Granada, spain. Job responsibility included design of complete power plant electrics.

Worked for Gujrat Ambuja (100 MW) in Gujrat and 30 MW captive power plant for TATA Steel. Job involved complete power plant design i.e SLD, specification and data sheets for all the electrical equipments, protection, vendor drawing review, schemes, calculation for earthing, battery sizing and other components, short circuit sizing, Load flow studies on ETAP.
Also deputed at site as precommisioning engineer for the 30 MW power plant. Job involved checking of control schemes from MCC end and DCS, supervision activities for insulation resistance test, dielectric test, secondary injection test etc
Worked for steel plants and assisted my senior in the design of power plant electrics i.e SLD, specification and data sheets for all the electrical equipments, protection, vendor drawing review, schemes, calculation for earthing, battery sizing and other components
