• Responsible for forecasting the next 12 months by-SKU by-month volume for each category
• Gathering and validating volume assumptions from other functions for use in creating the forecast. Interacts with the business team to gather, verify and document assumptions, as well as follow up on assumption accuracy
• Driving and generating the sales revenues to achieve quarterly & yearly targets
• Developing sales strategies for Projects, Wholesale & Retail
• Preparing quarterly and yearly sales analysis to formulate sales strategies
• Preparing Business Development strategies and proposing business plans
• Studying the market trends in terms of pricing and sale
• Handling the Client’s & Sales Team’s issues on day to day basis
• Conducting trade surveys, business research, to gain insights to formulate promotional activities

• Weekly and monthly reporting of the special assignments to the CEO
• Preparing quotations as per the client’s BOQ
• Generating the purchase requisition to generate sales using different tools like CRM
• Following up with the Purchase Department for the delivery of the material on time
• Visiting the showrooms/outlets, customer touch points to monitor the visibility, availability and cross checking of the prices
