Transfast Group consists of 3 companies Transfast Building and Contracting, Transfast Engineering and Laboratory and Transfast Foundation & Pre-stressed Concrete with an employee base of over 200. I am currently responsible for the full HR remit including end to end Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, HR Operations & Labor Law Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for end to end recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, job postings, screening, ATS, job boards, interviews & on boarding.
• Prepare and process monthly Payroll using PACT system ensuring accuracy and compliance,
• Preparation of Offer Letters, Employment Contracts and all Employee Related documentation.
• First point of contact for Employee Relation issues and manage disciplinary cases as per law.
• Coordinate with PRO for the Visa Issuance and Visa renewals of all staff.
