Assist construction Manager for pre- qualification of contractors, preparation of bid documents, bid analysis and contractor selection;
Daily site visits to monitor and guide contractors on the civil works of school classroom refurbishment activities;
Ensure quality construction at site according to standards and specifications of bid documents;
Clarification of drawings and design to the contractors;
Ensure timely construction according to the construction work plan agreed with contractor;
Perform routine field tests on materials used in construction and get certification from the testing laboratory;
Provide daily updates on construction to the supervisor/manager;
Verify contractor’s running bill and certify for payment;
Provide visual data/ photos of construction related activities for report and presentations

Preparation of detailed BOQs for Repair and Maintenance
