Prepare the Structural/Architectural & civil detailed working drawings & fabrication drawings.
Provide multi-disciplinary design drafting services to facilitate execution of projects, as requested by the business units and facilities engineering teams.
To prepare/edit the drawings in AutoCAD as required & provide the presentation for clients.
To prepare complete detailed working drawings for Residential & Residential Commercial Projects.
To prepare the MEP & Firefighting drawings for projects as per requirements of clients.
To coordinate with Municipality for the approval of design drawings for all type of projects.
To attend the meetings with clients and engineers for design approval.
Preparation of Bill of Materials, bar bending schedules as per the requirements of local Ministry of Housing approvals.
Preparation of Electrical and Plumbing detailed working drawings for the approval of concern official and Ministry authorities.
