Responsible for the following aspects of the supply chain: sourcing, purchasing, transport, warehousing and distribution. Also involved in identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce the overall supply chain cost base. Duties:
 Responsible for implementing strategies that resulted in stream lining in supply chain.
 Responsible for managing and leading the successful team of 72 staff.
 Responsible for hiring the right people and upgrading employee’s skills by training and guiding that resulted in efficiency and more production.
 Responsible for introducing dual shift pattern for longer production hours.
 Responsible for introducing Automation for the first time in history of AVON BEAUTY ARABIA which resulted in 50% more production on daily basis.
 Responsible for identifying obstacles and bottlenecks and eliminating them, which resulted in smoother supply chain.
 Responsible for extended conveyors project by raising CAPEX approvals and coordinating, implementing global AVON strategies for international standards and more production.
 Responsible for introducing new process that all returns / exchange and damage queries and report percentage of returns back in to sales and write off damaged products on time (Full order/ Part Order).
 Introduced the process of Customer’s Queries should not exceed more than 2 days.
 Introduced the process of Orders checking which resulted in reducing the error percentage by 60%.
 Responsible for increasing the Order Fill rate from 67% to 82%.
 Able to negotiating rates with local contractors and international companies.
 Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information.
 Working closely with suppliers & customers to improve operations & reduce cost with fixed budgeting and MRP.
