Responsible for Fleet operation and P&L as profit center head achieving top and bottom line of the Budget. This includes new vehicle sales, operations and reporting directly to Regional Manager - Zubair Automotive Oman. Responsibilities include the following-:
i)Vehicle Sales - Franchises Mitsubishi Motors Passengers Cars- Japan, Mitsubishi Fuso Trucks and Buses, VOLVO TRUCKS, VW, Peugeot, Great Wall from china.
ii) Marketing: - Conceptualizing & management of various events such as Road shows, Service Campaigns, New product launch, Brand positioning of new products & other customer development & retention activities at branch level. Initiated rural marketing and created a full new revenue generation for the company contributing to higher volumes.
Monitored and developing the internal secondary sales activity by brand promotion & positioning
iii) CRM: - Having one-to-one meetings with individual and fleet customers & striving to continuously improve working relationships, Monitor the progress of SSI and CSI pertaining to my territory and implementation of 3S standards as per Zubair Corporation Oman
iv) Business Development: - Meeting existing & new corporate clients and key individuals in ministries, developing new business accounts & consolidating the dealer network.
v) Administration: - Responsible for sending weekly & monthly reports to HOD, maintaining MIS an overall branch administration, fleet management, Assessment of staff’s contributions to companies’ business through individual KPI.
vi) Accounts: - Supervision of branch accounting including Balance Confirmation, Credit Control, and Branch Stocks etc. & sending reports to Accounts Dept - HO.
vii) Training; - Arranging training programmes for internal and external Customers and involve in making Training Roster for full year.
•Development: Developed cordial business relations with the corporate and the channel partner network to Promote better co-ordination, and thus, rapid growth in sourcing of Customer.
•New Opportunities: Look for new opportunities to counter competition to increase the volumes and maintained profitability for the business.
•Market Analysis: Analyzing past and present trends in consumer behavior on a regular basis to determine trends in demand both for own company and for competitors. This provides crucial feedback to the strategic planning teams for devising strategies to bolster the volume of the company’s business.
•Managed brand positioning, Visibility and Development by giving a strong trust on customer centrality.
•Responsible for road shows, brand management & sales & service for corporate.
