 Welcome guests in friendly and professional manner.
 Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs for guests daily.
 Issue room keys to guests.
 Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requirement.
 Answer the phone call in friendly and professional manners.
 Operate a computer reservation system and update information as rooms are assigned, reservation and vacated.
 Make reservation over phone and in personal.
 Responsible for a cash float and ensuring that balance correctly at the end of the shift.
 Anticipate and address guest’s service needs.
 Listen to guest complaints or concerns and resolve their issues in timely manner.
 Promote safe working environment.
 Perform any additional tasks, which are assigned by the management.
