Make reservation over phone and in personal.
Responsible for a cash float and ensuring that balance correctly at the end of the shift.
Anticipate and address guest’s service needs.
Listen to guest complaints or concerns and resolve their issues in timely manner.
Promote safe working environment.
Perform any additional tasks, which are assigned by the management.
