Joined Finance House PJSC in 2005 and as a project manager & successfully completed;
Setting up a card center outsourcing with NI, inventory, Payment Acceptance Centre, Collection and its Operations.
Preparation and approval of Credit, Operations, Pricing Policy & Procedures
Developing new products/features and launching credit cards promotions time to time
Financial planning & strategy for a profitable card business for the next 3 years
Developed & launched Islamic & conventional credit card product range (standard, gold, platinum, Titanium & Payroll card)
Joined Reem Finance PJSC in 2012 as Head of Retail and successfully completed the following projects.
Developed various retail products (Personal Loan, Credit Card, Insurance, Payroll WPS, bank guarantee)
Preparation and approval of Credit, Operations, Pricing Policy & Procedures
Financial planning & strategy for a profitable Retail businesses for the next 3 years
Recruit professional retail team for all products - Human Resources selection
Open new branches in Al Ain, Dubai & Abu Dhabi
End to end operational functions including Risk Management, Charge backs & Settlements of Payment Card Issuing.
Financial Planning & Budgeting for the Card Center business
Interaction with VISA/MasterCard, Vendors, other solution providers
Assist the SP&D in evaluating new initiatives or special tasks. Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives like new products/ services/ features / channels
Coordinate with Sr. Management in developing and implementing Strategies / Annual Plans for Cards Business.

Currently Planning a project for SMART Card - EMV Issuance i.e. VSDC
Develop collection strategy/ Policy- Monitor MIS Reports on collection
Manage a team of collections & recoveries involved in retail asset products of Auto Loans and Credit Cards
Approve credit card limits within credit policy and agreed turn around time
To create an environment promoting risk awareness and management within Retail Credit Card team
Establish measures for risk assessment tracking and mechanisms for control and corrective action
Monitor the credit card portfolio and decipher the main reasons for / parameters causing the defaults and implement measures
