. Execute all aspects of architectural process and issues.
. Preparation and checking of of submission drawings of houses following SBCA bye
laws.
. Maintain all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications and survey notes in
organized manner.
. Ensure compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards.
. Attend field reviews, on site meetings, and project meetings and coordinate schedule
reviews and submit samples.
. Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule
adherence of technical issues.
. Coordinate meetings with consultants to tackle infrastructure issues.
. Review drawings from the consultants mostly commercial and residential high rise
apartments, making inventories for apartments.
