* Work with HR Services Leadership to develop the Global HRS Services' Quality strategy and framework, overseeing the implementation of protocols, measurement and analysis of the quality of HRS’ services.
* Work with HRS leadership to articulate, track, monitor and mitigate strategic and operational risks for the HRSS organization on Employee Life Cycle Management.
* Consult with the HRS sub functions, supporting them with the knowledge and tools to establish, measure, and report progress on service level agreements / key performance indicators, and measure the effectiveness of their continuous improvement efforts.
* Lead the Assessment of Service Quality (ASQ) process for HRS Services, analyses and interprets results from ASQ related surveys, identify trends, and provide qualitative and quantitative reporting and insights to leadership, with actionable recommendations.
* Proactively develop relationships across Global HRSS, and other service delivery partners (e.g.IT or HR) to support interdependencies, and connect the dots.
* As the HRS Services subject matter expert, act as the HR Services ‘voice’ in broader Business Enablement Shared Services Quality and Service Measurement activities, including input into survey design, identification of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and service measurement strategies, and communicating and enabling Quality culture across HRS Services.
* Provide thought leadership, coaching, mentoring and guidance to the function and key stakeholders on building a world class HR Shared Services function; including best practice, concepts, enabling technologies and ways to enhance the customer experience.
* Participate as a full partner to the Global HRS Services network in their efforts to meet business objectives; Seamlessly work with regional colleagues to ensure exceptional delivery of employee solutions in countries; Anticipates conflict areas and develop/implement strategy for resolving situations; Identify convergent and divergent views and fix broken solutions.
* Partner with other regional HR Services teams and broader HR organization on building and maintaining globally consistent and standardized HR Services processes.
* Promote culture of transparent and ethical escalation procedures; Lead by example demonstrating ethics and integrity in decisions and actions; Balance corporate governance with action; Produce appropriate management information to highlight consequences and successes.
* Recognized as HRSS expert; Explore alternative solutions to advance the function strategically; Critically evaluate alternatives and inspire execution of change; Identify new opportunities where value can be added to the business through interventions; Communicate a compelling vision and inspire others to take action.
* Accountable for delivery all HR scorecard and business performance metrics on daily/weekly/ quarterly basis; Continuously monitor how actions are impacting business performance and reputation; Establish standards of communications; Consistently achieve stretch budget, headcount, and productivity objectives; Diagnose and resolve complex performance and operational issues; Demonstrate depth and breadth of technical operational expertise and knowledge.
