Public Safety Business Development at levels:
Specializing in real-time facial recognition to deploy NEC's industry leading facial recognition biometric solutions such as the NeoFace product range. My role is to engage with projects from their inception, develop them through pilot / POC phase, influence requirements and deliver reliable and robust solutions across multiple vertical markets within the public safety and security arena.

Confidentiality, protect the information security system which is directly link with NEC Japan, Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure;
• Managing email, anti spam and virus protection;

• Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work;
• Managing the website and keeping internal networks running;
• Monitoring the use of the web by employees.

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone;
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
• Finding solutions to problems, be it through creating a desktop shortcut or fixing a major fault on the operating system;
• Replacing parts as required;
• Providing support, including procedural, documentation;
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
• Running network applications to support systems and users;
• Supporting new applications;
• Setting up new users;
• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
• Prioritising and managing several open cases at one time;
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with other professionals (e.g., contract businesses) in order to make necessary repairs;
• Testing and evaluating new technology;
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Handling hardware or software problems and faults and referring on to specialist technical colleagues.

Interviews
Keeps VAF, Links old files, Update No Show Status on Proviso, Issue of warning Letters, Forward all files to CWK after 6 months for No Show Refusal, Prepare No-Show stat sheet for ECM: Caroline on weekly basis.
Additional Interviews:
Update Proviso and Excel worksheet accordingly and inform FedEx and Applicant in this regard Each files take 10 to 15 Min. Deals all correspondence regarding interview re-scheduling & and for early date.
Front Counter Reception:
I perform following duties at Front Counter:
Queue Marshals Co-ordination, Links VAF with Passports, Stationery and all co-ordination for local staff and assistant required by Front Counter ECMs & ECOs
DNA TEST:
Fill out GV39 & declaration Forms for each case. Prepare DNA Kits for each applicant. Create/Update each record on DNA Database. Issuance of Calling Letter Update Proviso accordingly.
DNA Tests: To conduct a test we need to make an appointment with the doctors. On an appointment we do manage queue, identity check and file work
Age assessment Test:
Same procedure of DNA is used for age assessment tests.
NOTE: Age assessment test conducts at Doctors Clinic.
