Presently, working as a Senior Planning Engineer in Manazel Construction Company since 23rd Oct 2013 till date. My duty is on two Building Construction projects as follows:
1. Construction of Bachelors Housing (Phase II) for Faculty Members in King Fahd University of Petroleum & Mineral, Dhahran. Project Cost is SR. 138 Million.
2. Construction of Deanery Building in Dammam University. Project Cost is SR. 80 Million.
My duties are as follows:
I have prepared Base Plan for both projects using P6. My routine duties include weekly updating of the base plan and preparing Weekly report.
In the end of each month preparation of monthly report for both the projects.
Preparation of manpower histograms and cash flow curves.
Prepared an Extension of time Claim for Deanery Building Project.
To tell site management and site engineers of all discipline regarding the weekly & monthly targets.
Attending fortnightly meetings with Client & consultant and preparation of minutes of meeting.
Writing of technical routine letters.
worked as a Planning Engineer in a construction company namely, Skyways construction private limited since April 2012 till date. My duty is on the project in Islamabad namely Construction of Multi-Purpose Cineplex and commercial complex in Sector I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. My duties include in-detail planning of the project, preparation of the base plan and it’s monitoring/updating on monthly basis, writing of technical letters, preparation of daily and monthly progress reports.
My job responsibilities were as follows:
My duty was on the project in Islamabad namely construction of NUST Headquarters building in H-12 Sector. I was executing/organizing the project as per designed drawings, specifications and contract agreement keeping in view timely and satisfactorily completion of the project. Project cost was Rs. 145 Million. I prepared the base plan of the project in P-6 along with the calculation of manpower, resources, cash flow and weekly targets and then monitored and update the site progress in P-6 on monthly basis. I started the project from foundations and completed till handing over.
International hospitals Construction Company was working on the construction Projects of Saudi German Hospitals in Hail (KSA), Dubai & Cairo (Egypt). IHCCO was also working on construction of Batterjee Medical College in Jeddah and construction of many Gold’s Gym projects in Jeddah, Riyadh and Taif.
My duties were on Gold’s Gym projects. A short brief of job responsibilities is as follows:
• Preparation of the base plan of each Gold’s Gym project on P-6 along with resources, manpower and cash flow calculation and then monitoring and updating of site progress on fortnightly basis.
• Coordination regarding drawings, material and work progress of all Gold’s Gym projects with the concern project manager.
• To prepare Minutes of Meeting of weekly steering meeting and send to Group President and all concern.
My job responsibilities were as follows:
• Construction supervision of five Double storey buildings in NUST new H-12 sector, Islamabad. Buildings were 2 x SM Barracks (Covered area 20000 Sft), Admin block (Covered area 10000 Sft), NUST printing press (Covered area 18000 Sft), project management office (Covered area 15000 sft) and fixing of chain link fence on the boundary of NUST area.
• To check & ensure progress & quality of work at site as per drawings, specifications & work schedule. Processing of contractor’s bills in view of contract BoQs.
My job responsibilities were as follows:
• Execution of construction of three storey buildings (SM Barracks & Bachelor officers Quarters total covered area 25000 Sft) and a Mosque for MES in Rawalpindi. Project Cost was Rs. 40 Millions. Project was completed in 18 months.
• To arrange all working parties & sub-contractors for site & processing of sub-contractors’ & suppliers bills in view of contract BoQs.
• Preparation of the base plan of the project on P-3 along with resources, manpower and cash flow calculation and then monitoring and updating of site progress on fortnightly basis.
My job responsibilities were as follows:
• To execute and supervise all water works of the project situated near Abu Dhabi Airport. Project duration was 1.5 years. I worked till the completion of that project. My duties included supervision of laying of water supply ductile iron pipe lines, pressure testing, house connections and flushing of DI lines of various dia’s ranging from 150 mm to 1200 mm.
My job responsibilities were as follows:
• Supervision of all structural works of Pindi-Bhatian to Faisalabad Motorway (M-3) Project which included construction of pipe culverts, box culverts and two canal bridges. Duties included checking of steel reinforcements and other concrete works as per the shop drawings.
• Supervision of site to ensure that work on the site is according to the specifications and drawings.
