* Handling projects of Network, IPT, Wireless, Passive ( Fiber OSP / ISP and Copper structured cabling) for all SABIC affiliates and remote offices locations. ( New and upgrade projects).
* Receiving request for new or upgrade business requirements to be aligned with IT and business transformation if required during the up-grade.
* Follow PMO step methodologies from start to close out. (requirements assessment, low level feasibility study for right and latest industry technical solutions according to internal developed standards, Security & Risk assessment, Compliance assessment, financial assessment (OPEX, CAPEX, NPV, ROI) business case development, execution procedures, close out procedures)
* Teams / resources assignment from different IT department teams according to requirements of projects / tasks.
* Monthly Structured Overall Projects Reporting to PMO for business leaders, governance and steering committee.
* Help teams in technical evaluations according to industry and internal standards to achieve the projects and business objectives.
* Work closely with EPM ( SABIC Engineering & Project Management) teams for various projects related to affiliate's upgrades or affiliate's expansion for IT network infrastructure.
Other Responsibilities:
* Handling quality assurance tasks, processes check for network & telecom department, root cause analysis for network & telecom department to ensure enhance management processes.
* Handling ISO & Internal audits as focal point for network & telecom department.
* Working as a core committee member of SABIC Global Architect team for reviewing and approving passive standards as a subject matter expert.
my key responsibilities (along with supervision) as below.
• Involvement during the request receiving of new project from the business. Start communicating to get clear
picture of new / upgrade requirements to support new business needs.
• Start initial assessment with the help of assigned related teams, feasibility study of existing system. Come up
with proposed solution to meet business requirements within industry standards.
• Classify the requirements and classify the projects and develop Business Case to be presented to board
members and stake holders for approvals to execute.
• Liaising in the organizing, securing resources for the successful completion of project goals.
• Execution, Monitor & Control of Projects, Quality and Risk Management followed by project management
methodologies.
• Manage budgets and agreed project time scales and deadlines . Holding weekly internal and external
meetings on progress with customer and vendors.
• Managing teams and vendors to ensure that all milestones are achieved and aligned with the project
implementation plan and budget within the agreed time frames.
• Ensuring effective quality control processes are in place to monitor deliverable produced.
• Responsible for identifying, analyzing, measuring and managing project risks.
• Assisting the technical team in their low level design and development tasks.
• Close out the project with all deliverable. ( With customer and internal PMO
Enaa Group contractor for all civil & Telecom tower work, Green Field, Roof Tops, Wimax, IT network Infrastructure. Working with companies in communication business STC (Saudi Telecom), Mobily, Motorola, Zain.
Working Responsibilities:
• Support project engineer to design the fiber routing (OSP & ISP) .
• Support project engineer and senior network engineer in preparing the technical configuration and design
documents as per customer requirement.
• Reconciliation of initial drawings, As-Built, BOQ.
• Implementing the new designed configurations for new solutions.
• Support the project engineer in plan, control and follow up the implementation of the Project. To collect the data related to site progress from resources /suppliers/service providers and compile reports as per given templates .
• Follow up for the customer acceptance .
• Maintaining the technical documents.
• Also attend calls for support contracts like STC and Mobily
Edgeskill Ltd contractor of IT Network infrastructure services and Telecom Sector.
Working Responsibilities:
• Assist Projects Manager & Programs Manager in successful project execution.
• Systematic project reporting for implementation projects.
• Follow the project management frame work for better reporting of projects.
• Co-ordinate with clients/Consultants/stake holders to successfully completes the projects in time and with quality. Final project handing over & documentation to the client/end user.
• Prepare maintenance contract renewal offers in coordination with proposals engineer and get approvals from senior management for submission.
