Reviewing and Checking the Payments from petty cash to ensure that the custadion physical balance is matching with the system balance.
Reconciliation of till accounts against total cash receipts and cash invoices.
Receive payment by Cash, Cheque from customers according to finance policies and procedures.
Handover the cash and cheques to the cash collector of the Head office to deposit in the Bank.
Maintain the petty cash on the basis that cash on hand and bills paid is equal to the petty cash balance.
Generate receipts in customer account based on supporting documents.
Prepare daily cash report with all details and cash on hand.
Disbursement of cash salaries to new staff who doesn’t have bank account at the beginning stage.

Make Goods Receipts against Purchase Order (GRPO) in SAP as per Invoice.
Make GRPO of Import Document in SAP as per current exchange rates.
Book Account Purchase (A/P) Invoice against Goods Receipts Against Purchase Order of both Local and Import Invoices in SAP.
Pass Incoming Excise Invoice of Invoices if the material is excisable Item.
Issuing of Form ‘C’ to supplier and Sales Tax Office.
Coordination with other departments to avoid duplication of efforts and to ensure smooth work flow.
Responsibility for maintaining a foolproof filing system in Finance Department.
Preparation of other Reports, as required by the Management from time to time.
Checking the keyed in data and the system- generated Reports for accuracy & completeness and rectifying the variations/ discrepancies found.
Coordinating with the External Auditors.
Keeping track on Stationary inventory.
Processing Payments by verifying Documentation and Authorizations.
Entire knowledge of M/s Office (MS-Word, Ms-Excel, MS-power point). Entire knowledge of Internet.
