• 200 MIGD (900, 000 m3/day) SWRO IWP Desalination Plant at Abu Dhabi (EPC contract of
1.2 Bn USD)

• 150 MIGD (600, 00 m3/day) SWRO Desalination Plant at Jubal, KSA (Jubail 3A)

• 9 MIGD (45, 000 m3/day) SWRO Desalination Plant at Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Creating, updating, monitoring schedules using specialized software (Primavera, etc…).

• Working on CPM and Earn Value Management methodologies.

• Preparation and management of strategic programs, including design, procurement and construction
schedules.

• Preparing and monitoring of progress curves (S-Curve) and manpower histogram.

• Reporting schedule deviations observed to his line manager and suggesting mitigations.

• Preparing time impact analysis to support EOT claims as required.

• Reminding project staff of their task’s bases on the schedule and the look ahead.

• Collaborating with project managers, site managers, engineers, site workers, and other professionals to establish the schedules and monitor them as per actual progress.

• Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.

• Ensuring schedules meet the client’s specifications.

• 22 MIGD (100, 000 m3/day) SWRO Desalination Plant at Ras Al Khaimah (EPC contract of 600 million AED)
• 22, 500 m3/day SWRO Desalination Plant at Djibouti (EPC contract of €67 million)

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Construction Schedules on P6 and updating them based on baseline Schedule.

• Tracking project progress over P6 and reporting to the project manager, clients and consultants.

• Preparation of shop Drawings and As-build drawings for structural consultant’s approval.

• Prepare and plan site execution activities and ensuring proper implementation as per method of statements.
• Preparing steel saving schemes

• Estimating Formwork for Core walls, Slabs, beams etc.

• Preparing project documentation and various working logs.

• Preparing project Visual Schedules and tracking project progress

• Preparing method of statements for various site based activities.

• Facilitating coordination b/w different departments & companies working on site.
• Co-ordination with project manager and consultant regarding all project related activities.
• Estimates the delays and prepare the schemes for future monitoring.
