Responsible for obtaining profitable results on divisional PnL.
-Strategically creating need based customized OL offers to support sales.
-Ensuring at par utilization of rental and OL vehicles and equipment.

-Making plan of soft and hard skills training in liaison with training department based upon SMS audits.
-Strategically plan and implement the service products like Extended warranty, Annual Service Contract to enhance customer satisfaction.
-Ensuring Service Center esthetic standards are meeting.
-Supervising inspections for fault rectification under warranty claims of DAWLANCE home appliances.
-Authorizing the repair estimates on the basis of inspections.
-Handling approval process and repairing of Home appliances.
-Ensure the timely delivery of repaired products and developing plans so to meet quality standards are above benchmarks.
-Manage service team and supervision of inventory forecasting.
-Inspection / providing solution / proposals to customer for periodic / brake-down maintenance to keep the equipment availability at max.
-Involved with customer from scratch of generating purchase queries by helping them understanding parts cataloger (If having)
-Ensuring sales, securing orders using sales techniques by realizing customer the benefits of genuine parts from Authorized distributors.
-Act like KEY ACCOUNT MANGER to all major clients, look-after Sales / Supply / Receivables within credit limits through building professional / friendly relationship with customers.
-Carryout surveys to keep eye on market moves, customer feed back and taking corrective actions to keep cutting edge.
-Keep eye on clients expansion programs to provide timely leads to sales departments.
-Spare parts sales and marketing (Volvo, Dynapac and Atlas Copco).
-New Business Development (Dealer networking).
