-Responsibilities:
-Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory, staffing requirements, work procedures and duty assignments considering budgetary requirements limitations and time constraints
-Develop and implement production tracking quality and food safety systems
-analyzing production, quality, maintenance, and other operational reports to detect production problems
-Monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures

-Review and provide feedback to management on costs, overtime and schedule
-Assure continuous improvement of the factory
-Manage the Research & Development team activities that include:
-Supervise the development of designated experimental trials to design an effective series of experiments and validation of methods developments
-Provide supportive measures that indicate the success and performance of the developed formulation, process or procedure
-Review, results from large quantities of experimental trials and gives opinion for further proceeding
-scale-up technology to pilot plant manufacturing

-make sure food products are produced safely and legally
-developing the manufacturing processes and recipes of food products and work on existing and newly discovered ingredients to invent new recipes and concepts
-Work closely with the product development teams to help deliver factory ready recipes based on the development kitchen samples.
-Conducting experiments and producing sample products, as well as designing the processes and machinery for making products with a consistent flavor, color and texture in large quantities within a strict and ever-changing regulatory framework around the treatment of foodstuffs.
