Key Responsibilities HR Senior Manager: from July 2019 till Now
• Monitoring departmental performance and control systems to ensure adherence to best HR practice and compliance to regulatory requirements.
• Providing direct management to the HR to ensure smooth running of all the HR operations.
• Facilitate the daily management of the HR function.
• Advanced the compensation and benefit strategy, managing the monthly bonus, annual merit reviews, and benchmarking aiming to attract and retain the best employees.
• Managed and maintained the HR Budget, included training, engagement and headcount forecasting.
• Manage and monitor a team of HR and communicating with them on regular basis to build effective HR agendas and strategies.
• Recommending HR tooling to achieve process efficiency and participating in key decisions as a member of the management team.
• Providing overall leadership and guidance on Talent Acquisition, Personnel, Retention, Training, Compensation and Benefits.
• Attending regular meeting with the CEO concerning updates on the employee development and relations.
• Assisting with recruitment from advisory standpoint, developing roles and identifying future needs
• Running projects including leadership development programs workshop and coaching and performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities Administration Manager:
• Supervise the hiring, trained and supervised a team of administrative staff members.
• Managing the team who responsible for the coordination of the meetings, events and conference calls including the hiring of catering services and arrangement of meeting space.
• Follow up the administration team whom responsible for the receipts and petty cash drawer.
• Following up the fleet team who are responsible for vehicle licensing.
• Following up and coaching the Branch Administration responsible.
• Interfere in any problems related to the Branch Administration if needed.
• Providing overall leadership and guidance to the administration team.
