company in a short period of time.
CONTRACO is contracting company with vast projects in construction of Electric grid stations and government civil works in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company has also
a chain of manpower supply which work with different renowned companies and provide them skilled manpower in different projects. I got opportunity to work with CONTRACO in the capacity of HR Officer and promoted to the position of Senior HR during my services. I served the office as well as responsible for the facilitation of
partners like Siemens, Jeddah Grammar International School Co Ltd, Tetra pack, SCECO and many others in hiring and services sector.
My Role in CONTRACO;
• Plan, Develop and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Talent Acquisition through wise strategy for hiring the talented candidates for different
companies especially for Siemens, SCECO, Tetra Pak. The oversea recruitment for blue-
and white-collar staff from India, Nepal, Egypt, Sudan, Bangladesh, Jordan and Pakistan.
• Employee retention and satisfaction strategies to deescalating the conflicts, competitor
threats and design the strategical conducive environment for the employees to stay and
work with loyalty.
• Oversee and manage performance appraisal system.
• Building the source to hunt best professional for the business.
Headhunting for the most important subjects for the school students.
• Onboarding the new employees and facilitate them.
• Design implement and monitor the HR policies and Manual.
• Explain and counseling on policies and procedures.
• Ensuring retention of the existing staff at the end of academic year.

company. Talent acquisition and headhunting from the world recruitment (end to end) for
more than 1500 Visas during employment period in Saudi Arabia. Modernized the Organization
Structure. HRIS implementation projects (SAP, Oracle) to ensure successful implementation.
Founder of the Jeddah Grammar International School a project of CONTRACO, build up a PR
and HR strategical viability for the success of this project in Administration and affiliated the
institute with British council, Cambridge School and Advance-ED COGNIA USA member board
of Director of the school for six years.
