COORDINATION WITH RSM & NSM:-
I am coordinating with RSM & NSM for region business & targets. I am managing 5 cities (MULTAN, BAHAWALPUR, OKARA, SAHIWAL & RAHIMYAR KAHN).
STAGE II RESOLUTION & BOOKING :-
I am managing Stage II resolution & booking in operations of MCB.
DAILY STATUS REPORT :-
I am managing and email daily status of Login, Purchase Orders, Stage II, and Booking on daily basis also with MIS and co-ordination with all regional offices for same reports.
DAILY LOGIN DETAIL REPORT:-
I am managing and email daily login detail to all Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Relationship Officers, and especially for CIU on daily basis for National Sales Head.
DAILY RELATIONSHIP MANAGER AND RELATIONSHIPOFFICER BOOKING REPORT:-
I am making daily relationship manager and officers booking MIS and reporting to regional sales head.
TURN AROUND TIME (TAT) REPORTING :-
Different TAT reports required by National & Regional Sales Head on daily basis.
SMALL APPLICATIONS FOR PROCESSORS :-
I am making different small applications for processors and relationship managers using MS EXEL.
INCENTIVE MIS:-
I am managing Incentive MIS of RM, RO & Dealers in the coordination with regional offices.
