Troubleshot the hardware (PCs, printers, modems) and follow up the hardware failure repair process in both of the main office and the branch offices.
Troubleshoot the running client server applications (retail pro) and the other running software applications in both of the main office and the branch offices.
Data backup and security policies implementation.

Retail Pro data entry.
Generate, customize and develop statistical, analysis and controlling reports
Create / enter material codes.
Follow up the inventory and create deviation reports.
Supervise the data replication between branches and the main server's daily update process.
