Implement project activities in accordance with the project guidelines and targets (Community mobilization, identifying beneficiaries & income generation opportunities, provide training sessions).
-Maintain the Workers/beneficiaries database in collaboration with GIZ team to keep track of the financial transaction and the worker’s attendance time sheets.
-Experience working in dams and water management.
-Disseminate/collect forms and questionnaires related to change management and provide support to fill them.
-Supervise and manage about 70 workers within the Cash for Work program and Support and Supervise Cash for work community mobilizers.
-Share feedback of beneficiaries Livelihood needs, Skills & suggestions for services with the Livelihood Manager in terms of employment and economic development.
-Coordinate activities between target group, specialists, local actors and available resources.
- Logistical support.
- Coordinate and share information with the GIZ team.
-Work experience in the Governorates.
Updating database weekly & Monthly Cash for Work (CfW);
-Supporting M&E Department: price monitoring Survey for Market within the camp, and shelter Maintenance Survey;
-Supporting distribution department by providing support to vulnerable refugees throughout the distribution cycle in coordination with other organizations.
-Support logistically in training courses, workshops and seminars upon request.
-Monitoring the general context within the Azraq camp, Information session to provide the beneficiary with the latest updates regarding to NRC activities in the camp, listen to their complaints, and provide direction if needed.
-Support in administration related tasks upon request.
- Organizing events/workshops/meetings in The Azraq Camp.
- Support Logistic Team in the camp through procurement and Logistics.
-Supports the development of communication instruments and products for PR (brochures, fact sheets, roll-ups, banner, binders and folders, advertising material, Power Point presentations, information sheets etc.)
-Organize events for the university international students includes speeches and activities.
-Support to the International Students Office with administration work.
