Dynamically leading the Information Technology function as the Head of Information Technology, I oversee a comprehensive portfolio encompassing Head Office, Plants, Sales Offices, and Warehouses in KSA, along with a Manufacturing plant in China. Responsibilities: o IT Governance o IT strategy, planning, and budgeting. o Align Board/Top management on the IT performance and direction. o Monitor and control IT expenditure and budgets. o Delegate and manage IT Operation and Applications tasks and functions. o Manage the implementation of key IT projects and execute cost-saving initiatives. o Research on the new IT trends and align IT strategy accordingly. o Hiring, coaching, training, mentoring, and career development. o Manage analytical dashboards and KPI monitoring. o Business Process Reengineering, o Process automation specially manufacturing and inventory functions. o Adaptive learning for continual process improvement.
Key contributions:
o Implemented cloud computing Infrastructure for productivity and efficiency powered by VMware vSphere Infrastructure. Entire project was managed by internal team. o Initiated a project to transform customer digital experience. It was to establish a system which is OMNI Channel enabled with CRM/CMS logging respectively and to formulate different customer request/complaint into a predefine mechanism to handle them. Integrated Phone System (VOIP based), EMAIL, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube platform. o Performed ERP Go Live post support. On-boarded all departments to work on ERP. o Dealer Management System - DMS integrated with Changan ERP System. o Launch of New Website at the same day of Launch of New SUV (OSHAN X7). o Automation of KANBAN job cards using QR Code integrated with ERP.

Performing multifaceted role as a Head of Information Technology overseeing entire IT function that include Head Office, Plants, Sales Offices, and Warehouses in KSA and a MFG plant in China. Managing a group of 5 direct reports, tasked with ensuring system continuity and optimal IT Services uptime of user base of 400+ including remote workers.
In the March 2014, hired as a team member of Information Technology in the capacity of Sr. Information Technology Manager reporting to Director Information Technology. In the Year 2016, promoted as the Head of Information Technology with the additional responsibility to lead the entire group IT Function in the KSA region, and an SME facility in Shaoxing China, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer.
