Responsibilities
Logistic Coordinator
• Request for inquiries for Import shipments
• Monitoring of shipments (ETD & ETA)
• Coordinates with suppliers (in different Countries) via telephone and e-mail.
• Coordinates with Forwarders and clearing agents for clearance of shipments via email and thru telephone.
• Coordinates with Customs via telephone regarding shipments.
• Coordinates to the staffs of Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Municipality
• and Environment etc.
• Using Oracle Fusion Middleware System in the Company.
• Using E-Customs system for viewing / checking / monitoring of status of
• shipments via Air and Sea.
• Knows how to communicate to forwarders for Freight rates.
• Knows how to check all documents needed to clear the shipments like,
• Invoice / Invoice with Chamber Stamp, Detailed Packing List, Certificate of
• Origin, Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, MSDS and Test Reports (for Chemical shipments).
• Have knowledge to apply for shipment (Chemicals, CCTV) that needs
• special approval like, ICT Approval, EPC Approval, Port Approvals, etc.
Secretary Executive
Handling 5 Departments (Mechanical, Electrical, BMS/ELV, HVAC, CIVIL)
• ID Application Approvals & Submission
• EDMS - Laserfische
• Prepare Monthly Water & Electricity Charges Invoice Request
• Prepare Monthly Water, Electricity & AC Charges Invoice Request
• Prepare Monthly Kharamaa Invoice Request
• Transmittals to DC
• Transportation Request
• Check Traffic Violation every two weeks
• Provide document reference numbers to Mosanada
• Upload documents in Adobe
Business Development Executive / Sales• Generating its own sales leads to identifying new customers across the region to sell the company's extensive range of Ocean, Air & Land freight forwarding services.
• Develop customer specific solutions based on freight forwarding end to end requirements.
• Strategically plan to maintain-and grow the number of satisfied customers.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Establish and communicate with agents to obtain the best deals.
• Business development
• Responsible for building, restructuring and growing the freight forwarding business division and delivering the profit revenue targets.
