• Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies
• Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
• Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs
• Preparing LOI(Letter of Intent ) And FCO(Full Corporate Offer) with terms
and conditions
• Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to
make a purchase
• Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming
product developments and discussing special promotions
• Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure
• Inspecting inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display
• Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost
calculations
• Preparing import and export documentation
• Follow up on all shipments to ensure correct and updated information.
• Provide rate quotes for incoming inquiries from oversea agent and
shippers
• Arrange export booking and door pick-up according to shipper's
instructions
• Provide bill of loading to shipper and provide shipping documents to
oversea agents
• Work with trucking company to pick up containers at terminal and
ensure on time delivery to customers
