Achievement/Tasks
• Responsible for all the IT Network & Server Administration of the head office and the 4schools coming under the group, implementing new IT projects to improve quality of service, IT security and telecommunications implementation.
• Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
• Implementing new IT projects that both accommodate special needs on time and within budget.
• Upgraded and fortified the IT infrastructure through implementing new technologies like Firewall UTMs, Mobile Device Management Solutions (MDM), Office 365Suite, Google apps suite, Active directory Servers, Security systems, Telephony and Network switches.
• Actively diagnoses clients TCP/IP, DNS, and WINDOWS related network connectivity issues.
• Responsible for Maintaining Fort iGATE firewall 300c, 600c And Cisco Switches for all our schools
• Responsible for Maintaining Windows Server 2012R2, Exchange server.
• Maintaining Biometric Devices and All CCTV DVRs.
• Perform IT commercial planning & budgeting and responsible for Procurement of IT Hardware, software and maintenance products & services.
• Providing training sessions to parents and staff members of all schools.

Provide all type of system support for the Server, desktops, laptops, Ipads, Tablets such as configuring, software installation and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve all kind of technical issues and report to IT Manager.
• Complete internal assets management.
• Handling exchange server mailbox.
• Handling licensed academic softwares such as Edmodo, Schoolzen and MyOn.
• Customer care support to Staff members as well as Parents.
• Provide graphic designing skills to school programmes.
