o Preparing the Monthly Turn-over Statement to the management.
o Billing schedule of the ongoing projects and the cost benefit analysis.
o Reconciliation of the project cost with accounts cost.
o Preparing the final account of the completed projects.
o Preparing the monthly Interim payment invoices to the main contractor/ Consultant
o Preparing the variation orders & Contractual correspondence.
o Preparing the cash flow statement for the projects.
o Analyzing & Certifying the Subcontractor/Supplier invoices.
o Using the ERP System to operational activities & Using MS Project to software to generate cost reports
