Working in MIRK Group as QS Manager and
responsible for closing the final accounts for the SOFITEL Resort @ Palm Jumeirah
and Mid Rise staff accommodation in Jumeirah Village. Preparation of feasibility
studies for the new project proposals and preparation interim budgets for the
proposed developments. Development appraisals were prepared for 3 new
projects with several options according to the design team.
Providing the commercial and contractual advice to the client on the selecting
a suitable contractor for the projects and procurement systems.
Working in Al Burj Engineering Consultancy as
Senior Quantity Surveyor in Living Legend - 500 Villas project(G+1) @ Al Barari, Dubai land. Responsible for the administering the Cost-Plus GMP value of AED
850 Million Traditional Path working arrangement with FIDIC 1999 bespoke Contract conditions, Including Civil & MEP works.

a Subsidiary of Hastie Group International as a MEP Quantity Surveyor in NOVOTEL Hotel (3B+G+Mezz+6P+35) - 03 Towers Hotel, Residence & Office at Al Barsha With the Cost-Plus GMP value of AED 183 million Design & Build work
arrangement with bespoke FIDIC 1999 conditions with another Junior and Senior Quantity Surveyors as a commercial team and M/s. Hidi Rae Consultant as an Engineer.
Responsible for Preparation of Interim Payment Applications, Turn over statements, Cost to Completion status reports, Resource histograms, cash flow statements and preparation of budgets, In line with contract targets. Also responsible for analyzing cost of the jobs against the budgets ( Estimation & Zero Budget), establishing profit-loss and economic value addition of job to the company Scope of job includes preparation of Monthly Progressive Invoices, Variations to the quantities, and Extra Items to the contract, to achieve target completion of the project.
Activities:
o Raising the Purchase Request as per the material requirement matrix, Booking the cost of the material and the labor to the project by activity basis, Recording and maintaining cost transaction data of all projects daily basis..
o Tracking the cost of the project by activity basis against the estimation budget and the zero budgets.
o Preparing the Cost to Complete statement monthly basis to highlight the possible variations to the zero budget and the estimation budget.
o Calculating the depreciation and plant Hire cost (Own Equipment & Hired).
o Comparison statement of the material suppliers.
o Preparing the Monthly Turn-over Statement to the management.
o Billing schedule of the ongoing projects and the cost benefit analysis.
o Reconciliation of the project cost with accounts cost.
o Preparing the final account of the completed projects.
o Preparing the monthly Interim payment invoices to the main contractor/ Consultant
o Preparing the variation orders & Contractual correspondence.
o Preparing the cash flow statement for the projects.
o Analyzing & Certifying the Subcontractor/Supplier invoices.
o Using the ERP System to operational activities & Using MS Project to software to generate cost reports
