Directly reports to Materials Manager. In addition to being Planner/Buyer, manages the daily functions of spare parts department including planning, ordering & control of Manpower management and handle suppliers and customers. Motivates mentors and trains existing workforce. Responsible for material availability to support customer orders to meet Customer Order fulfillment. Ensure that supplier delivery performances are consistent with company goals & expectations. Provides leadership in continuous efforts to reduce supplier lead times & increase suppliers’ responsiveness & flexibility in delivery. Handles inventory forecasting & management to meet Company’s asset management goals.
Planning and sourcing of spare parts for valves with a monthly target of $1M - $1.5M. Provides customer delivery commitments. Responsible in the material and inventory planning process to meet customer requirements and at the same time achieve the desired Inventory Turn Over set. Involve in efficient procurement of materials, supplier management and timely delivery of the materials. Administer the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for effective planning and purchasing of materials. Involve in determining best supplier for price and lead time to achieve customer requirements. Monitor status of PO from time to time and sees to it that delivery schedule is met. Administer the issuance/releasing of spare parts for packing and shipping.
Directly reports to the Director of Human Resources. Oversees the Compensation & Benefits Unit of the company. Monitors the organization's salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff. Conducts researches and analysis of salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same industry. Performs job evaluation to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so. Participates in various Benefits & Compensation Surveys. Develops recommends and implements new benefit packages. Prepares and analyze annual personnel cost budget. Responsible for creating, directing, developing, implementing and coordinating programs and policies in compensation, employee relations, and employee benefits.
Provides required human resources consulting services to Support Group and Local & Regional Operations Group.
Directly reports to HR Manager. Provides immediate assistance to the HR Manager to ensure efficient and effective delivery in compensation and benefits, employee services, industrial relations, and human resources administration. Updates and maintains employees’ file into the JDE system. Provides benefit administration to all employees. Responsible for time-keeping and payroll processing.
Provides administrative support to different Department’s Manager and Human Resources Director. Coordinates and administer company events and activities. Assists in recruiting applicants. Coordinates and administer documentation for visa processing for employees traveling for training and business trips. Arranges travel arrangements. Prepares and maintains office supplies.
Provides required human resources administration to support local and regional group.
Involve in purchasing of direct materials (electronic materials), from both local and foreign suppliers, needed for production of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly. Responsible for the management of purchasing requirements by conducting vendor’s qualification and performance evaluation, materials quotation and materials technical specification. Administer the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for effective material planning and material inventory management for a smooth and continuous business operation. Conducts supplier performance review monthly.
Coordinates with Ann Taylor merchandisers regarding production orders, status, accessories, samples and other issues related to production. Involve in purchasing of materials from both local and foreign suppliers. Involve in negotiating with the suppliers in terms of pricing, product quality, and credit terms. Updates and monitors status of materials for on time delivery.
