Carrying out business development tasks applicable on the respective channels: ATMs, Branches, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, sms Banking, Call Center
Optimizing existing ATM network in order to increase feasibility and marketing value
In charge of the ATM distribution including planning, budgeting, analysis, evaluating, negotiation & contracting
Modification of the IVR system to adjust to the current needs of the Bank and reflect product availability
Development of the Retail Internet Banking system including forming business requirement, change request raising, UAT
Development of the sms Banking system providing customers PULL & PUSH services available for the different communication providers users
Optimization of the Call Center functions
