Reporting to the Head of Retail
Carrying out business development tasks applicable on the respective channels: ATMs, Branches, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, sms Banking, Call Center
Optimizing existing ATM network in order to increase feasibility and marketing value
In charge of the ATM distribution including planning, budgeting, analysis, evaluating, negotiation & contracting
Modification of the IVR system to adjust to the current needs of the Bank and reflect product availability
Development of the Retail Internet Banking system including forming business requirement, change request raising, UAT
Development of the sms Banking system providing customers PULL & PUSH services available for the different communication providers users
Optimization of the Call Center functions
Underlining Call Center Policy & Procedures
Reporting to the Managing Director and handling a team of 7 members.
Carrying out general administrative and office managerial tasks and Employees records.
Evaluating & processing Business Proposals.
Providing project support and ensuring processes are followed.

Handling the premises & respective Contracts.

Managed ATM distribution, including the planning, budgeting, analysis, evaluating, negotiating, contracting, deployment, and operations.
Handled ATM network development based on the performance analysis, company’s market interest, marketing purposes, and branding etc
Overlooked development of the internal & external processes in order to achieve the highest feasibility of the ATM network.
Was responsible for the development, marketing & managing of mobile ATM solution.
Identified new Corporate Clients.
Presentations to Corporate Clients.
Evaluated and processed business proposals and quotations.
Handled marketing research & analysis in order to rationalize budgets.
Handled the property research, evaluation, negotiation and contracting for ATMs and branches for the expansion of the bank.
Successfully established a leading ATM network from 38 ATMs in 2002 to 750 ATMs in 2009.
Instrumental in designing the processes for the ATM installation.
Played a pivotal role in creating the formula for ATM profitability (75% profitable).
Identified staff vacancies, sourced, assessed and recruited staff.
Handled Labor & Legal issues and Performance Appraisals.
Was responsible for General Administration.
Provided current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion & employee benefits.
Analyzed and modified compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensured compliance with legal requirements.
Served as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Analyzed training needs to design employee development.
Analyzed statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
