• Performs range of functions in support of market research, customer service monitoring, market assessment and program evaluation activities and its operating units.
• Conducts database development and evaluation studies using qualitative or quantitative approaches where appropriate.

• Conducts secondary research, including finding information from industry associations, statisticians and marketing experts for the company database.
• Monitor secondary sources such as publications to extract relevant information and update the DMS database and provide accurate market intelligence.
• Respond to client project inquiries and sales team project information requests.
• Build relationships and connect with project key personnel to verify project information.
• Provide quarterly analytical articles on the hottest projects.
• To maintain information and format consistency on projects across the database.
• Assists team members and help maintain the quality of information.
• Build and provide project reports to partners and clients.
