• Perform office jobs (administrative) and supports when required by the other colleagues.
• Able to assist with regards to visa application (medical process, emirates id application, applying for insurance and sending requirements to DMCC)
• Handles and closed flight bookings of the staff upon GM approval.
• Handles the office petty cash and prepares monthly expense report
• Handles the encashment and deposit of company cheques and pays company credit card.
• Coordinates with the suppliers whenever we have new project by collecting quotations.
• Assigned in preparing documents needed for the shipment
• Assist all the visitors who visits the office.
• Receives incoming calls and divert as necessary
• Maintains the stock of office stationery item and re-order as necessary.
• Monitors the cleanliness of the office and report any concern in the maintenance personnel.
