❖ Responsible for maintaining and servicing programmable equipment such as PLC and HMI (LS, Mitsubishi) etc.
❖ Responsible for maintaining and servicing the Drive equipment such as Danfoss, Yaskawa and LS Drive.
❖ Responsible for maintaining Wire drawing machine and wire collating machines.
❖ Responsible for maintaining Electro Galvanizing plant.
❖ Responsible for maintaining hot dip galvanizing plant.
❖ Responsible for maintenance in Gas Furnaces.
❖ Responsible for operating the Automation Plant SCADA system based on PLC.
❖ Responsible for maintaining and servicing programmable equipment such as PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi, NAIS, Delta, WAGO) etc.
❖ Responsible for maintaining and servicing the plant machinery’s equipment such as High frequency Induction heater (20kw and 600kw), welding inverter Water Chillers and oil chillers etc.
❖ Responsible for operating and maintaining the LT Transformer, Air circuit Breaker.
❖ Responsible for operating and maintaining the DG Set 750Kva, 500Kva.
❖ Responsible for Maintaining and troubleshooting the 3phase Induction Motors (up to 150), DOL Starter, Star delta starters.
❖ Responsible for maintaining the Oil Boiler.
❖ Maintaining and troubleshooting all plant Instrument equipment such as Temperature, Pressure and Vacuum Indicators and transmitters, Pressure and Vacuum Gauge, plate farm Weighing scales, tank weighing system.
❖ Maintaining and troubleshooting the plant utility equipment such as control Valve, ON/OFF Valve, all types of solenoid valve.
❖ Maintaining and troubleshooting the Nitrogen Plant, Water chilling Plant, and Boiler (water tube Wood and cool).
❖ 2003 to 2005 Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Vivekananda Polytechnic College.
