Katie was responsible for managing a team of 8 experienced individuals to help increase revenues by giving targets and implementing new effective strategies.
Other responsibilities included but were not limited to, hiring new staff, managing advertising portals to increase enquiries, networking with developers and agents to increase awareness and gain stock levels.

Katie was responsible for getting her own listings (sales and rentals) by means of cold calling databases and networking. Katie was also responsible for keeping on top of enquiries and qualifying clients in order to match them up the correct properties.
Katie was converting clients into sales by being persistent in finding them what they want and listening to their requirements. Katie was a villa specialist working primarily in The Lakes (Emirates Living).
Katie managed and grew a short term rental department in the popular Chelsea and
