⦁ Organising and assisting the Catalogue Editor for a large upcoming event at the World Trade Centre which will be composed of thousands of multinational companies
⦁ Responding to all email enquiries promptly
⦁ Cross referencing and extracting data using Microsoft tools (excel, word and powerpoint)
⦁ General administrative duties; data entry, filing, photocopying etc
⦁ Telephone handling
⦁ Email and web correspondence
⦁ Diary management for room reservations
⦁ Assist clients with inputting data into in-house systems

⦁ Handle all telephone, online and postal enquiries
