In my previous job, I worked in both sales and customer service roles. As a sales representative, I was responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the products and services we offered, and persuading them to make a purchase.
I was also responsible for maintaining accurate records of all sales made and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they had.
In my customer service role, i assisted customers with any issues they encountered with our products or services. I was responsible for answering their questions and resolving their problems in a timely and efficient manner. I always made sure to listen carefully to their concerns and provide them with the best possible solution.
Overall, I enjoyed my time in both sales and customer service roles and found it rewarding to help customers find the products and services that best fit their needs.
