SIEC lead consultancy providing pre-contract and post-contract (Supervision) services for the projects. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs on projects and providing efficient excellent services. Assist Directors members at the meetings and follow up tender’s procedure. Doing presentations of the company. Organize and attending meetings with potential clients to get participation on the new projects. Coordinate with Architectural team to know project knowledge. Support as document controller, management of transmittals, vendor and contracts, projects documents, reports. Aconex system user. Helping in business strategy and global initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth.
The Company undertakes projects for construction of Multi-Storey Building, Luxury Villas, Roads, Sewerage, Drainage and Infrastructure. Sales & Marketing, bringing new projects and tenders, Pre-qualification, meeting coordination, meeting attendance, company presentation. Maintained effective relationship with key clients, assist projects department, maintaining database, conducted market analysis, direct efforts in achieving targets, development business by exploring new opportunities. Prepared and present reports to the CEO, development own recommendations.
Ensure each customer gets the best service including a full assessment of their needs to get the right car at the right deal for them without sacrificing profit. Working as a part of a team to maintain dealership standards as well as helping others in achieving their targets or dealing with unique situations to ensure superb customer satisfaction. Demonstrating automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features, arranging test-drives, explaining warranties and services, efficient and courteous handling of telephone calls, providing necessary information and product knowledge, controlling the distribution of access for visitors and maintain a register to log in details, researching the market, maintaining and developing relationship with potential customers and convert all enquiries into sale, preparing sales, purchasing, insurance and service contracts.
Daily deposits of cash, daily sales reports, jewelry inventory, monthly stationary orders & inventory, WBR reports, CNA, VM, provide training for sales team, staff sales performance, motivate to sell, maintain store and communicate with team, achieving sales target, handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, product knowledge, fashion trends, provide excellent customer service, building relationships with all clients, cash payment operations.
