Responsibilities :

→ Statutory Audit : Checking Internal Controls, Auditing Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss A/c,
Checking Complience of GST, Preparing Statutory Audit report;

→ Internal Audit : Income Audit, Expense Audit, Preparing Internal Audit report;

→ Supplimentary Audit : Cash Audit, Investigating Cash Theft, Investigating Stock Theft, etc.

→ Compilation Service : Preparing Financial Statement, Fixed Asset Verification Report, etc.

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

→ Bookkeeping / passing expenses in MyCom ERP Modules;
→ Passing Sales & VAT output entries in the Sales Module & processing it to hit Accounts Module;
→ Processing Payroll from Payroll Module & uploading WPS file for payment in staff’s Bank Account;
→ Reconciling the following: Bank Account, International Units, Corporate Head Office (UAE), AR / AP, etc.
→ Verifying the entries hit to Accounts Module from other modules such as Payroll Module, Fixed Asset Module, Procurement Module, Restaurant Module & Sales Module;
→ Preparing the following reports: Aging Reports, monthly cash flow statement and VAT returns;
→ Assist in preparing MIS & scrutinizing its variance with the previous month;
→ Assist in preparing monthly Budget / Forecast Report & scrutinizing its variance with actual figures;
→ Assist in recording the year-end closing entries (Finalization of Books);
→ Auditing each account of financial statements to prepare “Notes to Accounts”;
→ Assist in ensuring compliance with the IFRSs & the Contract with the customers;



Project Accounting:

→ Monitoring 8 POS system, 8 POS cashier, and 7 Coffee Shops cashiers on daily basis;
→ Checking and verifying POS entries hit from Restaurant Module to Accounts Module;
→ Surprise checking of cash with the cashier and verifying it with the same day cash sales;
→ Preparing daily sales sheets of 7 coffee shops in Excel with stock in-out details;
→ Collecting cash from the 15 cashiers on daily basis & depositing it after every 3 days;
→ Preparing daily cost report & daily sales report for monitoring (i.e. Cost & Benefit Analysis);
→ Maintaining petty cash to support petty expense at the project;
→ Coordinating with Regional Head Office for getting petty cash reimbursed;
→ Preparing invoices as per the Project Contract and following-up with the client for clearing it;
→ Conducting monthly physical stock counting & reporting inconsistency, if any;
→ Passing all entries related to the project in MyCom ERP such as expenses, sales, etc.;
→ Preparing monthly Project MIS and Exceptional Reports.

→ Verifying purchase bills;
→ Recording purchases from 60 suppliers;
→ Recording sales of 111 shops (POS);
→ Using Focus (Accounting Software);
→ Reconciling Bank Accounts with Sweep In-Out Facility;
→ Reconciling Creditors, Shops / POS, Inter Unit Transactions.
→ Finalizing Accounts by scrutinizing each ledger;
→ Preparing Financial Statement as per IND AS (IFRS Converged Indian AS)

→ Conducting audit of various entities;
→ Preparing audit working papers, and audit reports;
→ Offering advice to clients about Accountancy and Tax Planning;
→ Book-Keeping, Tally ERP Accounting, Preparing BRS;
→ Tax computation and efilling Tax Returns
