•Also help in solving/troubleshooting issue of Trouble ticket on Samsung, lucent, Ericsson Nortel NV switches and any configuration changes on lucent domain.
•Responsible for timely delivery of all activities ex: TT’s, trouble tickets, Number routing, Trunk group (TG)changes, audits etc.
•Handling IPT/VOIP transmission of voice over TDM and IP based network
