Give the job approvals for the new job on Komori Entheron 4col, Heidelberg SM 102 (1col), Heidelberg CTP, Xerox & Konica Minolta Digital Printers, Stahl Folding M/C, Sukam Cold & Thermal Lamination, Bobst & Gurunanak Manual Die-Cutting M/c, Indian Make Carton Pasting M/c, Welbound perfect binding M/c, Section Sewing, Saddle Stitchers and other post-printing M/cs.
Give daily targets to all departments as per the delivery schedule. Do the daily production review and Monthly Business Progress Review with management & update it in MIS System.

Setting daily production targets, review daily production reports & updating it in the MIS Software.
