Responsible for recruitment and daily management of HR operations at Manlift Group in UAE. Co develop and implement with HRM, local HR policies and practices in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and procedures, in order to support and elevate the organization's business strategy. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Coordinate full recruitment cycle with HRM: recruit, select and interview job applicants, refer them to hiring managers, making hiring recommendations, conduct reference checks, negotiate with candidate, process all hiring-related paperwork and coordinate on-boarding, coordination on visa processing of new joiners.
HR Policies & procedure: Adapt and implement the global HR processes, procedures, tools and policies to the country organization. Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations to staf
HR Administration: Manage and execute all HR administration-related processes and related documentation, such as employee and employment data/ letters, holidays, sickness, recruitment, new hires and on-boarding, education, termination, insurances and all related invoices
HR Operations: Conduct exit interviews and process all exit-related paperwork and generate End of Service Benefits (EOSB) Statements. Create management reports on MS-Excel, as well as the month-end reports for Payroll processing
Monitoring attendance, absences for employees, entering sick notes, vacations and reviewing overtime on the system and communicate the entries to the Payroll team. Support HRM with salary calculations at increments and during bonus periods
Training and Development: Creating and administrating employee training programs to improve job performance and company culture
Partnering with HR Coordinator in Qatar and advising on HR projects and implementation for Qatar branch (Employee events, Internal Training program, Aligning HR policies and procedures).
Travel Management: Arranging business travels for employees. Participate in the Change and Improvement within the company along with other change agents and providing advisory services to the Management team in implementation of the improvement ideas which will ultimately improve the performance of the employees.
Employee Engagement: Arranging Employee Engagement events for the employee and think about continuous improvement program / actions for employee development, rewards & recognition, employee surveys.
Employee Relations and Survey: Conducting one on one sessions with employee grievances and updating the HR manager with the action register and solution. Conduct Pulse survey within the organization and evaluate the result and work on the action points along with the Regional HR Manager.
Participate is various HR projects to continuously improve HR Service, process, procedures, tools and policies
