- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications
- Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.
- Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery
- Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvement
-Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules
- Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities.
- Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes
- Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
- Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
- Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
- Manage and develop logistics staff
- Create and manage budgets
- Sourcing and prospecting
- Analyze, plan and schedule the purchasing process
- Purchasing abandoned and unclaimed cargos from around the world
- Negotiate with suppliers or customer to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, imports or exports, or customer issues
- Develop strategies to get close to an optimized supply chain
Identifying and analysing the needs of the enterprise from a quantitative and qualitative point of view
Prospecting and monitoring its market
Canvassing potential suppliers
Establish purchasing procedures
Negotiate the best quality, price, time
Take into account the negotiation consequences for the company (deadlines, cost, etc.)
Participate in the completion of the specifications and the calls for tenders
Resolve conflicts that may arise with suppliers
Ensure internal customer satisfaction

Helping students develop vocabulary useful for public speaking
Preparing workshops, practical tasks and challenges for the delegates to improve their soft skills
Checking the progress of the delegates and reflect on the outcomes
