EXPERIENCE
• Created a system in short listing potential candidates in accordance with the company manpower requirements and processed offer letters, documentations, and employment contracts to the selected candidates.
• Devised induction program in coordination with the Heads of Departments for new staff in helping them to settle into their new posts. This includes initiations salaries, benefits, and acquires bank accounts.
• Initiated immigration and labour requirements for staff in all 8 multi-specialist medical centres with the help of Public Relation Officer.
• Established Human Resource (HR) IT system with the help of management to monitor and manning levels in eight different localities across the city. The system helped tracking annual leaves, overtimes, and compensatory offs.
• Implemented Dubai Health Authority (DHA) professional licenses requirements for all doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff and established a system for renewing professional license annually.
• Initiated a system with local travel agents for flight reservations to expatriates staff proceeding on annual leaves in accordance to the contractual terms and staff benefits.
• Formalised human resources correspondences pertaining to banks, government agencies, and other proprietors. This helped in protecting the employees and employers according to the local law of the Emirates.
• Devised an updating system for the Human Resource Manager and other Heads of Departments exchanging HR needs and challenges to ensure normal and smooth operations in all Medical Centres.
• Assisted and facilitated human resources needs for two organisations linked but independent to Al Tadawi group including the hospital project and the patient abroad department.
